Anna Lappé is the Executive Director of the Global Alliance for the Future of Food and a national bestselling author writing on food systems transformation. She is the author or co-author of three books, including Diet for a Hot Planet: The Climate Crisis at the End of Your Fork and What You Can Do About It, and is featured in or is a contributor to 19 others, most recently the 50th anniversary of her mother’s three million copy bestseller Diet for a Small Planet. For more than a decade, she helped run the communications advocacy group, Real Food Media, and from 2016 to 2023 she developed and directed the Food Sovereignty Fund of the Panta Rhea Foundation.
